The Girls First Mentorship program by GUCM is a dedicated initiative to support girls at risk of dropout, child marriage, discrimination, or social exclusion. By pairing girls with trained mentors and providing safe spaces to learn and grow, we help them build confidence, stay in school, and take control of their futures.

To provide personal mentorship, life skills training, and emotional support to girls facing cultural, economic, or safety barriers—empowering them to complete their education and become confident changemakers.

- Girls at risk of early marriage, child labor, or gender-based violence
- Orphaned or abandoned girls living in institutions or shelters
