Global United Christian Movement (GUCM) is not a prayer group, not a church, and not a religious or worship-based organization.
We are a socially committed movement — built on the foundation of Christ — focused on helping Christians grow stronger together in life.

GUCM’s mission is practical, grounded, and global. We work to:

Build national GUCM chapters to serve Christian populations
Support the construction of churches and worship centers (regardless of denomination)
Provide study help, scholarships, and study abroad programs for financially weaker Christian students
Offer housing assistance and build homes in weaker Christian Communities and GUCM Christian Villages with 30 houses and farmland
Facilitate business and industrial help for Christian entrepreneurs
Recruit and place priests in communities in need
Encourage volunteering, humanitarian aid, and outreach
Strengthen every Christian community, not through doctrine, but through development

An Organiser in the Global United Christian Movement (GUCM) is a key leader responsible for establishing, coordinating, and expanding GUCM’s mission activities in their assigned region, country, or community.
They serve as the hands and feet of GUCM on the ground — uniting Christians, overseeing projects, encouraging growth, and representing the heart of our vision.

The Finance Coordinator plays a key role in managing the financial activities of GUCM.
They ensure financial integrity, transparency, stewardship, and accountability across all projects, donations, and operational expenses — helping GUCM fulfill its mission to serve Christian communities globally.

Global Coordinator

The Coordinator serves as a key bridge between the GUCM central leadership and the local chapters, mission projects, volunteers, and partner organizations.
They ensure that GUCM’s vision of Christian unity, service, and development is actively implemented across assigned regions or projects.

To unite and grow the Christians around the world, beyond all classifications, denominations, races, or backgrounds, and work collectively for their social, spiritual, and communal development in the love of Christ.

Created through sponsorship and donations
Operated under national chapters

3. Bylaws and Working Policies

Every believer in Christ is welcomed equally

Below are some interpretations and applications of the concept, especially in a global movement like GUCM:

1. A Unified Global Christian Nation

For GUCM, the concept of "One Nation" could represent a united Christian community worldwide. It’s not about geographic borders or nationalities, but about a spiritual nation of believers who come together under a shared faith in Christ, working for mutual growth, support, and progress. This could mean:

A unified identity in Christ: Christians around the world, no matter where they are, see themselves as part of one larger, cohesive "nation."

Organize and Oversee Projects:
Coordinate GUCM initiatives like Christian villages, schools, hospitals, aged care homes, and orphanages in their assigned area.
Promote GUCM Vision:
Actively promote GUCM’s mission of uniting Christians and building communities of hope and service.
Local Church and Community Engagement:
Build strong relationships with local churches, ministries, Christian leaders, and community groups.
Volunteer Management:
Recruit, guide, and support volunteers, ensuring their talents are used effectively for each project.
Fundraising and Sponsorship Assistance:
Help organize local fundraising efforts, connect potential sponsors/donors with the central GUCM team.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates to GUCM headquarters on project status, community needs, challenges, and successes.
Events and Prayer Meetings:
Organize or assist in GUCM prayer meetings, Christian gatherings, workshops, and outreach events.

💼 GUCM Finance Coordinator -Main Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
- Monitor, record, and oversee all donations, sponsorships, and expenditures.
- Develop and maintain budgets for GUCM projects (schools, hospitals, villages, orphanages, aged care homes, etc.).
- Provide monthly and annual financial reports to leadership and donors.
Fund Allocation:
- Ensure funds are appropriately directed toward their designated projects and missions.
- Liaise with project managers to release, monitor, and review project budgets.
Compliance and Transparency:
- Ensure GUCM complies with international charitable regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate financial audits and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
Donor Relations:
- Issue receipts, acknowledgment letters, and financial updates to major donors and sponsors.
- Assist in building financial trust by showing how funds are used effectively.
Fundraising Support:
- Work closely with the fundraising team to plan campaigns and accurately project financial needs.
- Assist in drafting proposals and funding reports for grants and sponsorships.
